Shipping, Production & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We offer a unique selection of 100% handmade-to-order bags, physical DIY craft kits, and digital crochet patterns. Because the nature of these products varies, our processing times and refund rules differ by item type. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Processing & Production Time

A. 100% Handmade Finished Bags:

  • Production Time: Every finished bag is meticulously hand-crocheted from scratch. Please allow [7-14] business days for our artisans to craft your order before it is shipped.
  • Strict 3-Day Cancellation Rule: Because of the intensive time and labor required, you have a strict 3-day (72 hours) window from the time of purchase to cancel your order for a full refund. After 3 days, the yarn is cut and production begins. We can no longer accept cancellations, modifications, or refunds once production has started.

B. DIY Crochet Kits (Physical Items):

  • Processing Time: DIY Kits are pre-packaged and typically processed and dispatched within [1-3] business days.

C. Digital Crochet Patterns (PDFs):

  • Delivery Method: Upon successful payment, our customer service team will send the digital pattern directly to the email address you provided at checkout. Please ensure your email address is correct.
  • Strict Digital Product Policy: Due to the nature of digital goods and the protection of intellectual property, once the email containing the pattern has been sent out, we do not accept any returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances. (Note: If your order contains a mix of digital and physical items, the digital pattern will be emailed to you shortly after purchase, while the physical items will be shipped according to their respective processing times mentioned above.)

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (For Physical Items)

We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in [7-15] business days.
  • Express Shipping (if applicable): Estimated delivery in [3-7] business days.
  • Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, customs clearance, or carrier issues.

3. Order Tracking

Once your physical order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking link will be active within 24-48 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Our store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Handmade Disclaimer

As stated in our product descriptions, our finished bags are 100% handmade. Slight imperfections, variations in stitch tension, or minor size differences are a natural part of the handmade process and are not considered defects. Returns or refunds will not be accepted for these handmade characteristics.
